Slow-Cooked with Onions, Garlic, Smoked Paprika, Ginger, Cumin & Tomatoes. 1.6kg

Served 4 Adults/2 Adults & 3-4 smaller adults 🙂 All the bones have been removed.

Reheating, loosen the lid slightly, but keep covered. Place on an ovenproof tray. Heat from defrosted for 30-40 minutes.

Works in Summer with your best potato salad & a crunchy coleslaw. Great accompaniments – Black Beans, or Grilled Corn. Add sour cream, extra chili, guacamole, taco shells, and or sprinkle with fresh coriander.

This dish contains, Beef ribs, onion, garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, tomatoes, carrot, bay leaves, parsley , brown sugar, salt, De Soto vinegar, ginger, jalapenos & Maraca’s (for that bangin beat!)
