Reheating, loosen the lid slightly, but keep covered. Place on an ovenproof tray. Heat from defrosted for 30-40 minutes.
Works in Summer with your best potato salad & a crunchy coleslaw. Great accompaniments – Black Beans, or Grilled Corn. Add sour cream, extra chili, guacamole, taco shells, and or sprinkle with fresh coriander.
