Designed as an activity dinner, join in and watch for cheffy tips.
Prepared and packed as a dinner for 2.
We will prep most of the dinner, you will need your bench area set up, the table set with plates, and your favourite tipple.

For dietary requirements,
Canapes are vegetarian, dairy & egg-free. Contains gluten & nuts
The entree is gluten, nut, egg & dairy-free.
The main course is gluten, egg & nut-free. Contains pork, but is easily convertible.
Dessert does contain nuts/gluten/dairy & eggs but can be partly assembled to suit you.

Zoom with friends and family with a Three-course dinner party.

Mostly prepared with last-minute cooking & plating, with an Instagram live session to join in on the night.
You need, a chopping board, knife, tongs, oven, frypan, a couple of spoons, the good plates, a foodie fascination & around 1 hour to set up before starting at 7pm.

Includes ready to assemble

Canape tartlets, French Butter & Fresh Bread Rolls

Entree with Quail Breast, Confit Beetroot & Liquorice, Garnish & Dressing

Main course with Black Angus Pasture Fed Beef Fillet, Potato Galette, Pepperonata, Green Beans & Pancetta. Smoked Garlic Butter

Vanilla Meringue Swan, with White Chocolate Creme Patisserie, Preserved Berries, Gold Dust, Raspberry & Champagne Jelly

    Hi Bern,
    Wow! What a wonderful lockdown night we had with your delicious banquet. Every detail had been prepared in quite a complex and very special menu. The flavours and textures made it both a delightful and interesting culinary experience. Your instructions meant I could create something aesthetically pleasing too. So hard to choose a favourite – but the quail was delightful, the steak main was so generous in quantity and various complementary elements and the dessert so pretty with all its layers and textures. We still have some of that amazing jaffa cream left too!
    I would highly recommend the next stay-at-home banquet whether in lockdown or not!

    What a brilliant dinner! We thoroughly enjoyed it; so amazed that the beef could be that delicious. Instructions were simple enough our kids took over and gave us the restaurant at home feel. Really great value, thanks Bern!
