Old school chicken curry. Mild Malaysian curry, with vegetables-green beans, carrot & sweet potato. Rice & Apricots.
Perfect for take to work, or avoiding takeaway.
Low fat, high fibre, fresh vegetables and ready to reheat.

Great freezer staple. All real food, no preservatives.
Mild curry sauce with roasted chicken and vegetables, Rice and Apricots.

To serve, defrost 3-4 hours in the fridge.
Tipped out onto a dinner plate, 3 minutes in the microwave for the hangry & time-poor. Or, into the oven, remove the pvc lid, cover with foil to avoid drying out the rice.
heat on low, 150 for 20 minutes.
