800 grams. This sauce is RICH!. add another 200 ml of pasta water to thin out.
Cinnamon, juniper berries, garlic, porcini mushrooms, red wine, fennel & tomatoes.
Finished with fresh parsley & forvum red wine vinegar.
Sealed in our flexi bags, they keep all the flavour in and prevent any flavour loss.
Suggestions to add would be sauteed mushrooms, or stir through fresh spinach, rocket or basil.
