Mary had a little lamb, some carrots and some peas, cooked it all up in a pot, yummy yummy, it’s for tea!

Plenty for 4 adults, loves mash!

Australian Lamb.

With onions, green beans & carrot. Serve with a big bowl of mash.

To heat, From frozen, Oven Temp 160 degrees, 1 hour. Remove the lid 10 minutes before serving, gently stir to check the whole dish is warm. Defrost 12 hours in the fridge, takes 30-40 minutes to reheat in the oven. Enough time to set the table, and add some peas. Loves a pile of mash!
