Australian Lamb Shanks, from Junee.

With Barley, Tomato & Onion. Serve with a big bowl of mash.

To heat, From frozen, Oven Temp 160 degrees, 1 hour. Remove the lid 10 minutes before serving, gently stir to check the whole dish is warm. Defrost 12 hours in the fridge, takes 30-40 minutes to reheat in the oven. Enough time to set the table, trim some broccoli and or green beans. Loves a pile of mash!
