Roasted Lamb Shoulder, with sweet carrot,  fennel & mint. Sitting on risone pasta with parsley & Tuscan cabbage, it’s a low fat lamb casserole dinner.

Snap frozen, to use, defrost 4 hours in the fridge (or overnight is fine). Heat at 160 for 30 minutes, uncovered.
