Vic’s Meat Free Range Lamb Shoulder, roasted & boneless.

Sitting on baby spinach leaves, charred eggplant & topped with hand picked green beans, all cooked ready to warm up. Add your favourite carb – potatoes, rice, pasta or polenta.

Two generous adult serves. The bones removed, Defrost overnight in the fridge.
Heat in an oven with the lid on, 160 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
Leftovers (huh??) Delicious on a toasted turkish pide with hummus & mint tzatziki.

    Oh no! I’ve left it too late to order online before you’ve run out of stock! I need to set a reminder for myself to get in early. We’ve had this before and found the pomegranate seeds a delightful surprise. Perfectly matched with the preserved lemons & mashed potatoes.

    Fingers-crossed for next week 🤞🏼
