Free Range Lamb Shoulder, marinated and baked 12 hours with Spices. – Aromatic and warm, lovely with risotto, potatoes or cous cous.
Slow-cooked, pulled off the bone, tossed with rose harrisa, mint & pomegranate t’s fantastic for Easter Weekend. One tray has enough for 4 hungry tummies, or stretches to 6 over pizza or tossed onto baked potatoes.

Sitting on red onions, black beans, roasted peppers, rose harissa & pomegranate.

Four generous adult serves. The bones removed,  900 grams cooked weight.

Serve over grilled flatbreads, Yoghurt, fresh salsa & Zaatar.

Gluten Free. Dairy Free, Egg & Nut Free

Special for Easter, frozen ready to thaw. Add a pile of roasted potatoes, cous cous or fresh tabbouleh.
Defrost overnight in the fridge.
Heat in an oven with the lid on, 160 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
Leftovers (huh??) Delicious on a toasted turkish pide with hummus & mint tzatziki.

    Oh no! I’ve left it too late to order online before you’ve run out of stock! I need to set a reminder for myself to get in early. We’ve had this before and found the pomegranate seeds a delightful surprise. Perfectly matched with the preserved lemons & mashed potatoes.

    Fingers-crossed for next week 🤞🏼
