Perfect for lazy on the couch dinner in a big bowl, this size is enough for 2-3 meals and loves making your weeknight a little easier.

It’s not Moussaka because it’s not layers, but it has all the same flavour profiles.

Roasted Lamb Shoulder, with eggplant & potatoes in a caponata style dish. Smothered with a white sauce, ready to heat & enjoy.

Snap frozen, to use, defrost 4 hours in the fridge (or overnight is fine). Heat at 160 for 30 minutes, uncovered. Add a pile of just cooked broccolini or wilted spinach, or a simple tomato salad.
