Salmon Green Thai Curry for Two GF


Plenty for two large, or three small bowls of curry, perfect over noodles, I have included a little jasmine rice underneath along with bean sprouts.

Fresh Atlantic Salmon, diced and added to freshly made green Thai Coconut Curry Sauce. Medium Heat. Your fish has been frozen fresh, so this dish needs cooking, which will happen after defrosting & then heating.


Gluten-free and full of flavour.
To serve, defrost 4 hours in the fridge (or overnight). Place onto an oven proof tray, at 160 degrees, with the lid loosened. Cook for 25-30 minutes till steaming hot.

Serve with noodles and or bok choy/wilted spinach/your favourite green vegetables.

There’s a little jasmine rice underneath,  to soak up the sauce.
