Smoked Paprika Sauce GF DF VEGAN

Smooth, sweet, peppery and tangy, this sauce goes a million places.

Smeared over a charred steak with fresh chimichurri. Add to eggs and ham for a Spanish style brunch.

Stir through a risotto to boost the flavour and add vibrant color.

Toss through fresh vegetables or pasta.

Make a toasted cheese sandwich sing.

Stir through sour cream and add for roasted potatoes/corn or eggplant.

Add to yoghurt and a grazing platter.

Add to mayonnaise and serve with BBQd prawns.

Cook chicken in it.

Bathe in it!

One of my favourite sauces.

Hand made here, starting with roasted peeled red capsicum. Adding confit red onion & fresh Australian garlic, Smoked paprika,  Forvm cabernet vinegar, dark brown sugar, Smoked sea salt & Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
