Description
12 hour braised Angus beef cheeks, with Coopers Best Extra Stout, horseradish, mustard & herbs.
Serves 2 adults, new smaller size. Add a pastry lid, and more vegetables and it will serve a family of 4 with little people, or three adults.
Reheating, loosen the lid slightly, but keep covered. Place on an ovenproof tray. Heat for 30-40 minutes.
Loves a giant bowl of mash, or try polenta with a little blue cheese smooshed through it.
Leftovers make a brilliant toastie with Tabasco & sharp cheese.beef
