12 hour braised Angus beef cheeks, with Coopers Best Extra Stout, horseradish, mustard & herbs.
Serves 4 adults/2 adults & 3-4 smaller adults.
Reheating, loosen the lid slightly, but keep covered. Place on an ovenproof tray. Heat for 30-40 minutes.
Loves a giant bowl of mash, or try polenta with a little blue cheese smooshed through it.
