Protein packed with Toasted Almonds and Walnuts, onion, broccolini,  asparagus and a touch of chilli.

Plenty for two, or as a side, for 3-4 guests.

Gluten-free and full of flavour.
To serve, remove the lid, pop into the microwave for 2 x 3 minutes after defrosting. Or smooth into a baking dish at 160 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Gorgeous as a meat free meal for 2 with a side of greens. Add parmesan or a sprinkle of bacon if that’s your thing.
Also would pair well with a beef or pork steak.
