Joined with Roasted Pumpkin, Hand Picked Green Beans, White Bean Hummus & a Dollop of Pomegranate.
This meal for one is Gluten Free & Fully Vegan!
To serve, defrost overnight and heat in the Oven, for 20-30 minutes, with the lid on, at 160 degrees. Enough for one on it’s own, but will stretch to 2 meals with rice or pasta.
