1 Litre containers, made with Australian lamb shanks, onions, celery, carrot, parsley, barley, potatoes, chick peas, green peas, tomato paste, bay leaves (from my tree :))
Defrost overnight in the fridge, or in the microwave in short bursts, 2 minutes at a time.
This soup is meaty & hearty, and thick, enough for 2 for lunch or dinner, add a fresh soft roll & butter.
Keeps defrosted for 3 days in the fridge.
No garlic, no pork products.
