1.5 Litre flexible bags, made with Australian lamb shanks, onions, celery, carrot, parsley, barley, potatoes, tomato paste, bay leaves (from my tree :))
Defrost overnight in the fridge, or in the microwave in short bursts, 2 minutes at a time.
This soup is meaty & hearty, and thick, enough for 4-5 for a meal, add a fresh soft roll & butter. Cost per person for a 300ml serve is $6. More nourishing than a coffee!
Keeps defrosted for 3 days in the fridge.
No garlic, no pork products.
