It’s the plain kind, Ocean Trout , Freshwater Barramundi, Mussels & Prawns in a white wine sauce, with simple vegetables & parsley.

Best thawed overnight then reheated.

To serve, from thawed, remove lid and warm in a preheated oven on an ovenproof tray. The temperature of 160 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Best heated on the lower oven shelf to keep the pastry from scorching. Cover with foil if it looks like over-browning.
